Camino Real Zaashila Huatulco Hotel Santa Cruz Huatulco, Santa Cruz Huatulco

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had wonderful views of the pool and ocean, were huge, and very well appointed, although the coffee maker was missing. The vaulted ceiling, king-sized bed, and comfy furniture both inside and on the balcony made my stay truly luxurious. The service, however, could use some improvement. The location was fantastic, right on the sea in a private bay, and the dining experience, while having lots of choices, became a bit repetitive. The facilities were nice, but there were a few areas that needed attention.

The hotel had very clean rooms, but they were a little antiquated. Our air conditioning and shower broke during our stay, and there was a water leak issue. The service was nice and friendly but seemed busy at times. The location was fantastic, kept immaculate by the staff, but it needs serious improvement. The dining experience was good overall, with a decent selection. The facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was delightful, with spotlessly clean rooms overlooking the Pacific. The service was top-notch, catering to our every need, although communication could be a bit challenging at times. The location was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and a great beach experience. Despite some minor dining hiccups, the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms could have been a little cleaner, and the distance from the pool was a bit inconvenient. It was disappointing that our air conditioning and shower broke during our 5-day stay, considering we had booked the premier room.

The hotel offers a clean and dated yet very tidy room experience with a stocked mini bar daily. Despite the long walk to the pool and distance from town, coming back in the evening was always pleasant.
